Answer: Anyone! Anyone at any age, can join an Expedition America tour. Just know that most of our passengers are students from all over the world. Overnight trips are a good opportunity to meet many international people and make friends from all over the world during our tours.

Anwser: Cancellations due to medical illness receive a full refund (less 10%-20%) with an approved medical certificate (official note from a licensed medical practitioner). These cancellations are still subject to a 10% admin fee if made within 48 hours of departure or more, and 20% if canceled within less than 48 hours of departure. Cancellations within 7 days of departure or Missed Departures are subject to the 50/50 rule. 50% refunded in the form of a credit (fully transferrable), and 50% is non-refundable. All cancellations made 7 days or more prior to departure are subject to a 10% admin fee.

Anwser: It is possible to change the date of the trip but will be subjected to a transfer fee based on when our office receives notice. For more information, please contact the office.
